I think I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a mother. As I mentioned in a previous post, I love children. In 2002 I was blessed with my one and only child, a beautiful black-haired chuck- Merritt. At the time, I had no idea that he would be my only natural born child. In 2005, I had a miscarriage and have been unable to get pregnant since that time. I believe that God has another path for me.. all the children in my classroom are "mine" and I hope one to to become a foster mom to a special child or children. I also have 3 neices and 2 nephews- but I will tell you about that in another post. In the mean time, I just love on my 14 year old "baby boy" and all my students.
